Floating utility buildings serve as maintenance buildings for the marina but can also be equipped with public washing facilities and toilets. The facades are built using white fibre cement board with wooden and sandblasted glass details and can be tailored to any style of architecture. Floating utility buildings are also used to accommodate spacious electricity systems and wastewater holding tanks.
